Compare to the general derma roller with diameter 0.35mm (plated with chemical gold), the new finer roller is made by cone-shape needles with diameter 0.2mm, tip sharp between 0.01mm-0.02mm, all needles plated with 24K genuine gold.
With the new needles manufacture technology, the surface of the needle is much more smooth than the general types, combined with 24K gold plated, they will through the skin
quickly and easily, which also with help decrease the painful feelings during the process.
The finer roller micro needles are atraumatic cone shape needles with new technology 0.2mm diameter stainless steel with HV 370-420, that during the skin puncture process, creates micro and finer wound that seals within minutes after the treatment. What’s more, the highest HV ensure the needles hard enough during the thousands treatments without curved tip and blunt tip; which will not damage and leave the micro metal filing into skin.
Because of the finer needles 0.2mm, the blood exudation will be less during the puncture process, more when the finer needles slice through tissues without risk causing traumatic skin, vessel and nerve damage.

The roller drum is with wave design, all the needles though the wave crest without the gap, so during the penetration process, the drum will not contact and press the skin, only leave the needles into skin, which also help reduce the pressure on skin and the pain feeling.
The another benefit of the wave design is all the liquid or serum will trough the valley , leave them on skin without push to the sides, this can help skin absorb effectively.
Special liquid diversion technology
Contacted with the roller drum is the is the special Y type diversion part, which will delivery the liquid or serum effectively from the bottle, and suitable for more different viscosity liquid, without cut-off, or over much delivery.
Medical use connect silicone
The silicone thickness is chosen from hundreds tests, to ensure the whole roller drum will rebound effectively each time without the diversion stuck inside the silicone, even with much more pressure. Also, the neck of the silicone can fix the bottle tightly from the inside, together with the flap to cover the bottle neck.
Three type ampoules for option
The ampoule is with 3/5/10 ML for option, special brown bottle will prevent the direct sun light.
Sterile medical grate package
All the products are sterilized by EO Gas according to ISO13485, the sterile package is with bobble box and Tyvek paper, to meet the sterile demands according to ISO11135.
